had my induction/training today and i remember almost nothing😭😭😔 will i learn more as i work..?

i recently got offered a job at m&s but i don’t have a p45. i’ve alr been to induction and everything and told my trainer i put a note on the system saying i don’t have a p45. what’s gonna happen?

if the trousers for the m&s uniform don’t fit me, is it okay to wear flare leggings or will they be mad?
