New fiber install question

My neighborhood is in the final stages of getting T-Mobile fiber installed via Tillman. My question is for the run from the NID on the exterior wall to the ONT/router, does your company allow a consumer to run their own line?

Asking because they said they will not run through the attic, they’ll only drill a hole in the wall and put the router on the other side, and I’d prefer to just get a SC/APC outdoor armored OS2 cable and run it to where I want the router to go myself. Ideally I’d have it placed in an area near where the NID would go before the installer arrives and they should just be able to plug and play.

What say you?

Reinstatement process

I can’t find anything directly on point after a few hours of searching so here goes:

I left the federal service last year due to an ODS being unreasonably far from my residence and loss of telecommuting. Recently the manager inquired as to if I’d be willing to come back for a local assignment. The position is hard to fill, critical safety and the manager has all sorts of avenues to hire apparently. A significant portion of my training should still be current and I believe the background check should be too if they’re kept after an employee resigns.

Should this all get worked out with HR, what am I looking at for timeline, application process, etc? This was my last job, so nothing substantial has changed with my paperwork. I believe I am in a good position for reinstatement, direct hire or 30% disabled appointment authority.

Edit: I wasn’t clear but I did complete the mandatory probation and have full reinstatement.
