Help with choosing a region

Hello! I am hoping to have an Indian wedding in Italy in 2027. My guest list might be around 300, which I really hope goes down to 250. I always dreamed of getting married in Puglia but it may not be possible with so many people. Besides Rome/lake como/analfi, are there any other regions you recommend looking into? Thank you so much!!!
