Basically, I get power bars on the device but no other lights turn on and the switch2 won’t show up in the app to connect to.. I’ve tried the two reset methods but no luck. Has anyone had one come back to life or did you have to get a replacement.. even some reasoning to why this happened on a less than 6 month old unit would be helpful. Thank you guys. Looks like I’m dabbing out of my puffco pivot for the time being. Rip

Been using the SP since I got it a couple months ago with high quality rosin and live resin.
Just switched back to the quartz and I found the ascent was a lot more satisfying in terms of flavor and effects, hard to put it but the sapphire feels more mellow. Taste seem like it started to feel off at similar temps on the switch.
Anyone feel similar? Seems like I bought into the hype.
Does where the two air holes on the bucket face matter? I have them lined up with the positioning line now so it’s a direct line to the glass instead of circling around in the silicone.
I had the glass lined up with the positioning line as well but I found that if it’s angled it allows the vapor to expand more before entering the glass but I found the vapor to taste slightly better.
What’s everyone’s experience been or their preferred setup?
I prefer dry dabs vs water.
Do you guys use any pearls with the stock cap? I’ve had the sapphire plus for a couple weeks now, Idk if I like it better with pearls but it does feel like I’m getting more lit but vapor and flavor are suffering.
