SP27 schedule
Next spring, I plan to take 12 credits:
STOR 120
easy class
CHEM 102L
BIOL 252/L or MCRO 251 (Which is easier?)
Will this be a heavy schedule? How to manage time efficiently?

Currently at #42, what'll be my chance of getting off the waitlist? Are there any tips like emailing the prof? I've heard there's a Qualtrics waitlist?
With full-time work, will 3 months be enough for scoring 350+?
I'm nontrad and graduating next year. I'll still have 7 prereqs left. I plan to work full time and take in-person cc classes, aiming to start school ASAP.
My current plan is as follows:
27 spring, graduation
27 summer, online psych
27 fall, ochem i w/ lab + bio ii
28 spring, physics ii w/ lab + biochem
28 summer, OAT review + exam (aim for 350+)
28 fall, A&P ii + microbio w/ lab + applications
29 fall, matriculation
My main concern is whether the workload will be too much with full-time work. Otherwise I'll reduce courseload and take 1 more gap year. Will I need to study ochem ii before OAT? Has anyone successfully managed these?
I'm choosing one of these classes to take first and which one is the easiest? PHYS 115, BIOL 252, MCRO 251. Did anyone else struggle in freshman year but improve over time? What're some study tips?
Due to expanded enrollment, getting classes seems even harder compared to previous years. After 8.5 open enrollment, what'll be my chances of getting 102 lab and switching to another lecture session (currently enrolled in 8am 🥲), respectively?
How do many ppl here manage to take 2 classes while working 40h? I feel like full-time work is already exhausting. Do you have leisure time during weekends?
I'm an undergrad considering optometry. I'd like to see current students' opinions on whether they like or regret their decisions. What would you have done differently?
Did anyone else struggle in prereqs during 1st year undergrad but still succeed? I need some study tips and encouragement 🥹 Btw, do admissions take undergrad rigor into account? Our school is very hard but our average OAT score is ~350.
How hard is it to score a 400 on the OAT? Is it possible to get into top schools like SUNY, OSU, & Berkeley with a 3.5 GPA? Since I'm applying in 2029, will it be much harder due to more applicants?
I'm kind of nontrad so I emailed admissions.
