I painted 5 spite revenants over the weekend!
I’m getting really fast 🤩

It looks like some kind of ruin? Is it a city wall? Is it copper? It kind of looks like copper
I’m reading the Manifestations of the Deepwood when I realized you can summon a Spiteswarm hive directly in combat with an enemy unit and stop them from moving. It doesn’t have the requirement of being outside of 9”.
Is there a reason this wouldn’t be viable? Can units just move through manifestations?

My game plan is to have my dryads and LoV take center stage alongside my Kurnoth Hunters. Drycha will probably take one of the flanks along with some spite rider lancers. Bel’Thanos will take the other flank (enemy position dependent) and all my bug riders can teleport where they’re needed.
I have 5 spite revenants mostly for battle tactics and grabbing undefended objectives.
I have 10 tree revenants that have been doing great, but I wanted some more mobility because once their side of the board is “clear” they often just stand around and not do anything. I thought if I replace them with some unreinforced Spiteriders, they could help clear one side of the board then move on.
Thoughts?
FURY OF THE FOREST: The Sylvaneth are overcome with rage at the presence of interlopers in their sacred forest homes.
Declare: Pick a friendly SYLVANETH unit wholly within the creeping overgrowth and that is in combat with only 1 enemy unit to use this ability.
Effect: The unit using this ability has STRIKE-FIRST for the rest of the turn.
My biggest problem is the enemy seems to be able to shut this down because it happens only on THEIR turn. I’ve yet to even have a chance to use this command. How do you get this command effectively?
I love how Sylvaneth society is set up. Do you go that deep? Does your glen have multiple houses working together and come together as one Wargrove? Are you almost as ancient as the Oakenbrow? Let me know!
