Graduated in December. Got a job in January in Audit at a top 25 with no real great prior internship experience just small companies where I really did nothing. Was the type of student who just studied the night before for tests and passed and forgot everything we learned by the next week. Never got below a B in any accounting classes and graduated with a 3.5 in school. But feels like I didn’t retain or learn much.

I don’t come from money at all and right now I make more money then I could’ve imagined first year out of college but the thought of getting fired is so immensely high, anxiety is eating me alive. Between this job market and not really having a strong foundation in accounting. On top of that I have gotten review comments on one thing and it was my very first file I worked on and they were good but I’ve since worked on probably 25-30+ files combination of audits and other things and have gotten no comments literally nothing… I’ve sent a lot of stuff to my manager for review between now and then but nothing.

Edit: posting this because I want to be good at my job I just don’t know what to do or how to go about it.
