I wish I had a version of this outfit for myself!

We are currently in the middle of setting up our new house and this morning Weach never woke me up for breakfast, which is out of the norm for him. I prepped his breakfast (ground turkey, egg, apple, rice, peas, carrots) but he refused to eat. He’s never refused to eat before and I’m freaking out. I tried giving him some of his training bites but it seemed like he was having trouble chewing them? He kept spitting them out but did try to eat. I managed to hand-feed him a tiny little piece of turkey, but he’s just been turning his body away from food all food since. His tail was tucked. I’m not exactly sure how old he is but he’s between 11-13. I’ve been waiting for the vet to open so I can call them all morning. Since he refused breakfast at 6 AM. Every minute feed like an eternity.

Things to consider:

1. Weach has heart disease and started taking Vetmedin in April.
2. His heart rate is currently about ~87 bpm
3. His gums are a soft bubblegum pink
4. Weach had 9 tooth extractions in April after an abscess tooth
5. The house my husband and I bought came with a stray cat that’s been living on our property. My husband and I have been feeing it meijer brand canned food. Yesterday I caught Weach eating the cat’s dinner leftovers. They had been sitting out for a few hours I assume

6. We’ve been at our new house for almost 2 weeks
