Took Exam 1 at PSI location on Wednesday! Yas! I am now going to be working on Exam 3, then Exam 2 by the end of the year. 🤞🏻

I'm tired, overwhelmed and overworked after logging 97 hours in the last 2 weeks. been on hold with tech support for hours, having clients come in with multiple years to file with no heads-up and a 15-min appt scheduled, no CSP in our office all year. luckily the clients have been nice. the only reason I'm still here is my bonus. 😔
