My nephew has severe hypotonia, he’s been in the hospital since he was born and has a tube in his throat as well. He’s slowly been allowed to come out for short times from the hospital and it’s his first birthday this weekend, his parents have invited all the family. My question is for parents of children with hypotonia, what is a good gift he will actually be able to make use of? He is currently able to move arms and legs slightly but with no control and is able to sit up a bit with support.
