Range of movement or static

I recently fell on my arm playing basketball and the doctor said I had a minor elbow fracture. The thing is, after about 4 days now, Some range of movement is back and I am able to do a decent amount of daily activities without pain just stiffness. I have an ortho date set but probably wont be able to get in for a couple weeks as im going on a vacation in around a week and will be gone for the most of july. I bought a splint just in case, but is it bad idea to go without it? I dont feel any pain unless I do strenuous activities

Unreal engine mass entity system for a full game or small portions.

I am someone who isnt fully bought in to using ECS for all aspects of game development. I like the systems part with loops for every aspect of the gameplay to help with organizational fog and the performance benefits of not having a bunch of tick function leaf's all over the place. But for ease of reasoning about, I ideally like to keep tying actors to data, the S without the E and C. I know I miss out on multi-threading and cache locality and all that jazz but if my game only has at most 50-80 actors needing to be acted upon at a time I find that its a bit unneeded. I know unreal has its mass entity system and am wondering if there is a way to have smaller bits of my game such as particle systems be tied to that mass entity setup using ECS if needed in its own little sandbox while keeping the majority of the gameplay as an actor system setup.

Programming or design

I am torn with which path to take. I have been making indie games as a full-time career for about 8 years and want to break into triple A. I have done all the programming and design and really enjoy both. if I had to choose 1 I most likely wouldn't be able too. For the people that are triple A vets, what position is more stable? that will most likely be the one I pursue.

Am I missing something? I cant seem to solve problems without small hints from the forums.

I am self taught engineer and am able to it full-time, however, I am applying for a role and leetcode is required. I tried grinding leetcode and for the first 4-5 problems I have been doing, I required looking at the solution or heavy hints along the way. is this usual? or am I just missing a problem solving mindset. I spent a good hour on the GCD of a string but still cant quite get a solution let alone a performant one. do i try easier ones and then come back to it?

I recently have been having issues with my AIO and I am unsure why. I bought it like 3 years ago and had no issues so far and yet for some reason after replacing my PSU. My core temps are at 90-95 when at idle under no load. Is there a way to test if my AIO is properly working? It felt lukewarm to the touch. I just cleared dust about a week ago as well.

I started working out ~5 months and a buddy of mine who has been doing it for 2 years has ben trying to get me on creatine for a long time and keeps saying how its this miracle change that makes you feel more energized, stronger, and all that stuff and is completely natural with no downsides except occasional intentional issues. This all seems to good to be true.
