Google stop trying to steal my money and do the right thing

Google says that its rebate conditions stipulated that the purchase account matches the activation account. That may true for some devices yet for the 2025 Moto G it's definitely not the case. I've uploaded two terms and conditions for two different devices.

Mishap on Google email account costing me $200

So I applied for the Googlefi MotoG 2025 stylus rebate. It states about 5 conditions in order to get a $200 rebate

Must be a new customer

Must purchase the device

Must activate it within 30 days

Must port number within 30 days

Must remain in good standing for 120 days.

Not familiar with Google Fi or how it works I ordered the device using one email. And upon receipt of the device I activated using my other email.

All looked fine and dandy until today: I just happened to check my "other" google email account and saw that they sent messages warning me about violating the conditions!! to my great surprise and awe I immediately called customer service. After nearly an hour of back and forth they tell me that there's nothing they can do because I somehow violated the terms of the rebate. And now I must be slapped with a $200 additional cost when I've been in good standing for 30 days on the highest plan they offer... Explain this bs to me!!! How can Google use these traps and not care to do the right thing to keep their customer
