Rosalina/Roselle Moveset Concept

I love Rosalina as a character so i made a moveset for her counterpart in The Catastophes

Roselle mother of the lumis

Health- 120
Role- Support/ Range Stunner
LMS- Lullaby Of A Star

ABILITIES

Star Wand Beam
Type- Ranged Stun
Cooldown- 26 Seconds

This move allows Roselle to be far away from the executioner to avoid conflict. This move will take 3 seconds to charge up. In this activation, her wand will glow and she will still be able to run. Still, when entering the 3rd second, she slows to float her wand near her chest. Once fully charged and unleashed,she'll thrust forward, an arrow of light will instantly fire, leaving a brief star trail behind it. If hit, it will stun for 4 seconds.

Lumis Link
Type- Buff / Debuff
Cooldown- 28 seconds

Roselle will send her lumis to help fellow survivors, granting small buffs to better their chances at surviving and escaping the chase. When activating a lumis, it will appear, resting her hand on the lumis as she decides which survivor the lumis should go to, once selected the luma will fly off.
Survivor Buffs
- 10% extra speed
-Slight cooldown reduction
The lumis will hover and bounce in the air around the survivor happily, lasting ten seconds.

However, this move can be used against executioners as well.

Executioner Debuffs
-reveals their location
- 10% speed reduction

When lumis are targeted to the executioner, they will angrily latch on with a tight grip, but they can be removed by using an ability on them; however, the ability will go on cooldown, or they can wait 10 seconds. Once the move is over, lumis will disappear into the Star Launcher, going back to Roselle. These are usually for others, but when Roselle is alone, she will gain the buffs herself with her lumis child lingering around her instead.

Star Barrier
Type- support
Cooldown- 20 seconds

Roselle will close her eyes and lift higher, surround herself with a cosmic shield that cannot be broken by normal attacks but will have to be shattered by abilities. When in this state, Roselle’s movement will slow, and the barrier will last for 5 seconds. When shattered, it’ll break into star fragments. Roselle will not be able to use her wand beam in this state either.

Passives
Cosmic Gravity-Roselle’s connection to the cosmos alters the gravity around her body, causing her movement to feel lighter and more graceful than the rest of the cast. Rather than moving with speed. Rosalina moves with elegance and control allowing her to reposition in way other survivors cannot

Celestial Revival- When a survivor is downed the executioner is highlighted for 3 seconds. Roselle may channel a healing beam from medium range onto downed survivors but the beam breaks if line of sight is interrupted heals slower than normal revives

Sally Acorn Moveset Outcome Memories (I forgot to add the moveset lol, still learning)

I love Sally Acorn as a whole the good and the bad so i figured if every other sonic character can get concepts why can't she.

Health- 100
Role- Jack Of All Trades
Lms-Last Freedom Fighter

ABILITIES

Mode : Defense
Elemental Shields
Type- Support
Cooldown- 25 seconds
Sally will have the option between 4 shields, each with its own perk. Holding the activation key will activate the shield, however when pressing it multiple times will allow it to switch to the other shields.

Flame- Will blast Sally forward on her second jump
Bubble- Bouncing against the floor will grant a higher jump with this shield
Electric- Will grant a Second jump.
Barrier: grants a shield with 25 health

These shields can be activated and deactivated freely. If attacked, these shields will go on cooldown. Each perk can be used after 5 seconds. Uses 30 percent of shield meter

Shield Share
Type- Support/ mobility
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Sally will be able to share her shields with other survivors granting them access to the shields. On the other survivors screens the 4 options of shield will show up allowing them to pick which shield they need or want.

Switch
Cooldown:2.5 seconds
Sally will tap into Nicole's database and switch between the other modes that she has access to.

Mode : Offense

Counter
Type- Stun
Cooldown:20 seconds
Sally will enter a stance ring shield placed ahead of her as she crouches down moving slowly when in this stance,she will stay in that stance for a maximum of 3 seconds when attacked Sally will parry and change her shield into a ring blade slashing upward granting small knockback stunning for 2 seconds. This is a great way to build  the meter back up granting 45 for a successful counter.

Ring Blade
Type- Stun
Cooldown- 24 seconds
Sally dashes forward with her ring blade. If she directly collides with the executioner during the dash, She slashes upward, dealing small knockback and stunning for 2 seconds.

Switch
Cooldown:2.5 seconds
Sally will tap into Nicole's database and switch between the other modes that she has access to

Mode: Healing
Scanner
Type-Support
Cooldown- 18 seconds

Sally will pull out her handheld computer, Nicole, scanning for where other survivors are highlighting them. Allowing Sally to find where each survivor is to grant healing or support Sally will slow to a walk once activating, however will be able to move after a second or two. The Scan will last for 5 seconds.

Healing shot
Type-Support
cooldown- 25 seconds

Sally will slow to walk, inputting a protocol into Nicole’s system, takes 2 seconds when done Sally will take aim when firing at a survivors they will start to heal for 15 health per second when meter is at full lasting for 5 seconds, However when meter is below fifty the healing will only do 10 health per second still lasting the 5 seconds. Although this can be used as an area healing section when fired at a wall or floor still the meter bar matters for the set amount of healing. Uses 20 percent of shield meter

Switch
Cooldown:2.5 seconds
Sally will tap into Nicole's database and switch between the other modes that she has access to.

Passives

Freedom Fighter
The Longer Sally is free of chase, she will gain up to 2 stacks. Each Stack will grant an extra second to her move usage. She will lose these stacks if hit; it will take 15 seconds to get each stack.

Ring Energy meter

Sally possesses a 100-point ring energy meter  used to power her advanced equipment
Elemental shields: 30 energy
Healing shot:20 energy
Ring Blade:25 energy
Counter Success: restores 45 energy
Energy regenerates after 4 seconds of not consuming energy at a rate of 5 energy per second

Sally will have to be in the air to perform her stunt, jumping and having to hit her mark. This Move can act as a double jump/ mobility tool. It will stun for 3 seconds, with granted iframes when activated.

Scanner
Type-Support
Cooldown- 18 seconds

Sally will pull out her handheld computer, Nicole, scanning for where the executioner is highlighting them. Sally will slow to a walk once activating, however will be able to move after a second or two. The Scan will last for 5 seconds.
