Had it on my genitals, doctors gave me some acid tincture that didnt really help, i tried many things i found here that didnt really help to get rid of them

Last ladder I rolled a warlock and could p8 tz with basic gear like a smoke armor, Spirit insight cv and stuff like that - so I could do cs, wsk, and good tzs and farm highrunes and good items quickly.

Now I heard that hes nerfed, so do you think hes still viable to play p8 on Budget gear? Especially Hephasto was key for that, because he never died and provided amplify damage
