Does anyone know where we’re supposed to go our first day? Do we go to the springfield campus or are we immediately starting our clinicals at Mt Vernon?

I need to submit a copy of the Handbook Acknowledgement (Statement of Understanding) as part of the clinical requirements for nursing but I can’t find where that form is
Please help!
