2010 sierra no other rust anywhere at 92k miles dealership wants 15k I really want this truck but I want to know how hard this will be to fix before I decide to get this truck.

I’ve been really interested in going to get this truck I would go take a test drive but it’s out of state. I wanna ask some more people if they think it’s worth it because this will be my first car purchase. I’ve done the research and everything and I’m pretty sure I’m set on this truck. Any pieces of advice I should know before I get the ball rolling?
