Thoughts on Jumping rope every other day plus Running?

I've been jumping rope for quite sometime now if I'm not mistaken 3 years plus I think I'm pretty almost decent LOL greatest achievement is I can do rounds of 3 min and 1min rest for 3-5 rounds now, last two months ago I started Running, 3k 4k then almost 5k 4-6 times a week. Goal is to have a great overall body not fat no muscular decent looking bod since I'm a small Asian man around 5'6 at 65kg at most or 66kg.

Questions and thoughts is: will I attain my goal/ loose more weight ( I know I know cal def and diet is the major factor for this one, but how about naturally and sticking to these routine)

PS: I do kettlebell once in a while but not my main focus.
