Hello,

I spotted an apartment in Luxembourg, and I would like to visit and in case I like it, I want to make an offer for buying it.

Today I contacted the agent and while talking he confirmed that the apartment will be sold with the current tenants, who are supposed to vacate the apartment within 6 months.

I have 0 experience in buying in Luxembourg, and moreover with tenants!

Any of you has been in the same situation? Can you share your experience?Pros and Cons.

What does the law foresee in these cases?

I’m looking for recommendations for an experienced vet/surgeon for adult bulldog cryptorchid castration in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany.
Ideally someone familiar with brachycephalic breeds and higher-risk anaesthesia cases.
