Does my pleco look healthy, or like it's eating enough?

I picked Bartok, albino bristlenose, up from petco a while ago (like a month, maybe?), and its hard to get a good pic because they're flighty. They seem active and alert, often around the driftwood and/or on the cucumber when I throw those in, supplementing the algae wafers. Also, how old does this pleco seem to be, and, if possible, what gender is it? I've had a bladder snail explosion and I want to make sure they're eating enough while also not overfeeding the tank.

I figured this was a good place to ask these questions, since they're pretty specific. I'll include water parameters just in case.

20 gal tall

Ph - 6.4

Ammonia - 0 ppm

Nitrite - 0 ppm

Nitrate - 10 ppm

I keep my temp. in the 76-80°F range

Aquarium is medium planted (if its relevent)
