Do I need to remove window tint before returning a leased Lucid Air?

I'm leasing a Lucid Air and I'm thinking about getting the windows tinted. For those who have returned a leased Lucid, did you have to remove the tint before turning the car in?

Was there any charge for leaving it on, or did Lucid accept it as long as the tint was professionally installed and within legal limits?

I'd appreciate hearing about your lease return experience. Thanks!

I'm built a platform for creating and sharing interactive maps. Looking for feedback from mapmakers.

Hi everyonewebsite and app

I've been working on a project called Landcode, and I'd love feedback from people who enjoy making maps.

The idea isn't to replace traditional mapmaking. Instead, it's to make creating interactive maps easier.

Some things I'm experimenting with:

• AI can generate a map from an itinerary, screenshots, PDFs, or travel recommendations. • Anyone can create public or private maps. • Maps can include custom places, even locations that don't have an official name. • Every place becomes interactive, searchable, and shareable.

I'm also working on converting paper maps into editable digital maps while keeping the original design.

My goal is to make Landcode a place where people can discover, create, and share maps—not just navigate with them.

I'd genuinely love feedback:

What would make a platform like this useful to you?

What features would you expect?

Is there anything similar you've wished existed?

Lucid, why aren't you marketing the Gravity more aggressively?

I recently spent some time driving the Lucid Gravity, and honestly, I'm struggling to understand why more people aren't talking about this vehicle.

Maybe I'm missing something, but almost every feature I tried worked exactly as expected. The software felt smooth, the screens were responsive, and the overall experience felt surprisingly polished.

A few things that stood out:

• The massage seats are genuinely good and not just a gimmick. • Sanctuary mode is incredibly relaxing after a long drive. It sounds simple, but it completely changes the atmosphere inside the cabin. • Having a front trunk that's actually usable is underrated. Sitting there with food, enjoying the view, felt like a completely different EV experience. • Interior space is massive without feeling like you're driving a giant vehicle. • Ride quality was excellent, especially considering the size. • Visibility and cabin openness make the whole vehicle feel airy and premium. • The acceleration is effortless, but what impressed me more was how refined and quiet everything felt.

I keep seeing comments online about software issues, reliability concerns, and other complaints. Maybe I got lucky, but during my experience everything worked well and the vehicle felt far more complete than I expected.

The overall vibe of the Gravity is hard to explain. It doesn't feel like a traditional SUV. It feels more like a luxury lounge that happens to be incredibly fast.

Why isn't Lucid marketing this vehicle more aggressively?

The EV market is full of ads, influencer campaigns, and constant hype, yet one of the most impressive vehicles I've driven seems to be flying under the radar.

For those who have driven one, what was your experience? Am I overlooking something, or is this one of the most underrated EVs on the market right now?

I spent the last year building a location intelligence platform

Most apps help you navigate.

I wanted to build something that helps people understand, organize, and create geographic knowledge.

Today it can:

Create custom places

Build maps from social content

Generate AI itineraries

Share maps with groups

Export maps as PDFs

Answer questions about locations

Long term, I want it to become a platform where anyone can build their own layer of geographic knowledge on top of the world map.

AI travel tool that turns Instagram reels into maps — and lets you name places that don't exist yet

Like many people, I had hundreds of saved travel reels and screenshots scattered across Instagram.

So I built Landcode AI.

It can:

• Convert travel reels, screenshots, and posts into interactive maps

• Build itineraries automatically with AI

• Save places into custom travel collections

• Ask questions about a destination using AI

• Share maps with friends and groups

• Export trips as PDFs

• Import places directly from URLs

• Create and name locations that aren't on Google Maps yet (hidden viewpoints, meetup spots, photo spots, local landmarks, etc.)

One feature I've found surprisingly useful is being able to create a place anywhere on the map and give it a meaningful name, even if it doesn't officially exist.

Curious:

How do you currently save travel ideas?

Would you use something like this?

What's missing from today's travel planning apps?

Looking for honest feedback from fellow travelers.

I was tired of losing travel ideas in screenshots, so I built this. What am I missing?

I always had hundreds of saved travel posts, screenshots, and places but no good way to organize them.

I built a tool that turns travel content into maps and itineraries, but one feature people seem to like is custom Tags.

You can create your own named locations (favorite viewpoints, hidden beaches, campsites, food spots, meetup points, etc.), organize them on maps, and share them with friends.

I attached a few screenshots of a sample road trip and how the places get organized.

Would love feedback from frequent map users:

- Would you use custom tags to organize places?

- What's missing from the itinerary?

- How do you currently keep track of trip ideas?

A simple appreciation post for a car that's made every drive a little more enjoyable.

Just a little appreciation post for my Lucid Air. After months of driving it, I still love getting behind the wheel. The comfort, technology, range, and overall driving experience have exceeded my expectations. Whether it's a quick trip around town or a longer drive, it's been a fantastic car to own.
