How Gargantuan is Iymrith?

My party is approaching the Eye of the All Father. I'll be skipping the artifacts, so on their way out this time, the encounter with Iymrith will occur.

My group uses a VTT (TabletopSimulator) and nearly always a square grid battlemap. 5e lists gargantuan as at least 20'x20'. I've seen some actual minis available on a 100mm base, which would generally match that size. I've also seen some made at the 150mm base scale, which would equate to a 30'x30' monster.

The Draconomicon has some measurements, but not sure how much those apply to battlemap miniature size. Red/Gold Dragons have a colossal size listed (no longer a 5e thing), so should it be assumed that they can get to the 30'x30' range (Klauth?) and that other ancient dragons should stay at 20'x20' on battlemap?

Should Iymrith be on the smaller end of ancient dragons because she is relatively young compared to others (google tells me her expected age is 900-1200 years, so barely ancient at all).

I plan on running Iymrith as a colossus fight (giving each part of the body an AC, HP, and Initiative). Wondering if anyone else has run her that way and any pointers for it. I understand it's ultimately my choice, just wondering what others have done or recommend.

Festbier or Marzen Recommendations

Every year, I host a small Oktoberfest themed party for which I've historically gotten a keg of a different Marzen. I'm a big fan of the style, generally preferring a maltier, caramellier flavor. I'd like to try a lighter festbier this year, as more and more of the guests are not as big a fan of the darker Marzens. Im looking for some recommendations for options that would fit the following criteria:

- Flavor profile still on the more-malty, less-hoppy end, but appealing to a wider audience than the darker options.

- Likely to be available in a 1/4 or 1/6 barrel keg in suburbia Minnesota.

I welcome any additional insight into options while still staying on brand for Oktoberfest.

Fiber Optic Install Close to Tree

Our neighborhood is getting new fiber optic service installed. They dug a hole right next to a young maple in my yard, cutting through a number of roots. Before starting, we got a notice that the company would fix any in ground lines/drainages that are disturbed.

While digging, they also damaged the tree above-ground (pictures 2 and 3).

Are we owed damage compensation for the scrapes and cuts, and if the tree dies due to the hole, are we due a replacement?

The stage is set for fighting Lord Oosith tonight!

Quite proud of this map. I don't do a lot of 3D maps on Tabletop Simulator, but with the water effects of this battle, I thought having a height map would be beneficial. Each of the inlet pipes have animation (as shown) to turn the water on and off, and each drain has a bubbles animation to show draining. The water shape has no collision, allowing things to be in the water. You can see Lord Oosith lurking underneath the bridge!

Also looking for suggestions on making this fight as difficult as possible (my party is a bit OP). My plan is to use the first lair action to pull as many characters into the water as possible. From there, Oosith will strike and retreat, keeping out of arms reach. The Kuo-toa whips will focus on baning the party. Oosith will then use his phantasmal force (hopefully successfully if bane landed). Once 4/5 have saved to the phantasmal force, start alternating the other lair actions. Planning to have him use the Enslave action only after one of the merrow has been freed from his control. There are two kuo-toa remaining upstairs as well as one full-health kuo-toa whip (the other is at 1 hp) that he'll use when needed to heal. The party is also healer-rich, so hoping he can "convince" at least one of them to heal him up. I generally run boss encounters at maximum hp (I refer to the space between average hp and max hp as the "heroic zone," meaning a cinematic attack during this phase will kill the boss - helps to make most boss battles end more epically).

Any suggestions?
