Day 1: Still waiting on a $3,000 Alpha Futures payout after 3+ months

Day 1 of documenting my unresolved Alpha Futures payout.

I have a $3,000 premium payout that has been pending for over three months. Support has repeatedly said it is “in the queue” and being processed in batches, but they cannot provide a payment date or any specific update.

Separately, I had over $15,000 in payouts denied after my premium account was closed. I also had roughly $15,000 removed from profitable funded accounts after being told the accounts were not profitable and that the company could not afford to pay people.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I’ll post factual updates here if this gets resolved.

Legacy 50K PA MAE Question: Is the Low-Profit Limit Still $750 When Only $1,000 Remains?

I have a Legacy 50K Tradovate PA that is currently at $49,000, so I have roughly $1,000 left before the trailing threshold/liquidation level.

Apex’s Legacy MAE page says that for new or low-profit 50K accounts, the 30% Negative P&L rule is based on the $2,500 trailing threshold, which would equal a $750 MAE limit.

So am I understanding this correctly: even though I only have $1,000 of drawdown room remaining, the MAE calculation is still $2,500 × 30% = $750, and not $1,000 × 30% = $300?

I understand the $1,000 remaining is still the separate hard drawdown limit, so a $750 stop would leave very little room for slippage/commissions. I am only asking which number Apex uses as the MAE denominator: the full $2,500 trailing threshold or the remaining $1,000 until liquidation.

MFF Pro 10k profit

I have a MFF Pro account with about 10k of profit. have one more day before i can request payout, but i want to try and make about 3K-4k more profit.

Would something like this push me to live? or was the rule 10k profit in one day? Would i be flagged if I make too large of a payout?

Looking for other reliable prop firms for consistently profitable traders

I currently trade with several prop firms, including:
[Alpha Futures, Apex, Funded Next, Lucid, My Funded Futures, Topstep, TPT, Tradeify]
and I’m looking to diversify into a few others.

The main reason I’m looking for others is that I’m either already on a live account with my current firms, or my funded balance is high enough that adding more accounts would very likely push me to live.

I’m not concerned about rules or account types. My biggest concern is finding firms that are reliable once you start taking consistent or larger payouts. I’ve seen traders get restricted, delayed, or effectively pushed out after becoming too profitable, and that’s what I’m trying to avoid. Quick support response is also a plus.

I’m currently looking at:
[Top One Futures, Goat Funded Futures, Traders Launch]

I’d appreciate any firsthand recommendations or any others I didn't mention. Especially from traders who have taken multiple payouts over time without issues.

Thanks.

Would you use Alpha Futures again in the future?

Just wondering where sentiment is at with Alpha Futures right now. Initially, they said pending/unpaid Premium payouts would be voided when the accounts were closed. Then they later said that people who were already approved for payout would be paid out in batches. I had around $25K in profit erased my funded accounts. Trying to see how everyone feels about using them going forward.

Anyone else waiting for their PRO+ Development account?

My Take Profit Trader account got put on hold and is supposed to be transitioning to a PRO+ Development account.

Every email and FAQ I can find says it should happen pretty quickly.

It has been 12 days for me.

I have reached out to support multiple times, but they do not respond, and I still do not have my new account credentials.

Has anyone else gone through this? If so, how long did it actually take? Just trying to figure out if this is normal or something I should be concerned about.
