I am in Adelaide, South Australia and in April I noticed my lawn start to die with millions of little dead tufts of grass sitting on the surface (Australian Autumn). Within a matter of weeks it devastated my lawn as per the pics. I have applied 3 doses of Bifenthrin spaced a week apart. There may be slight improvement but still seeing new dead tufts and dead patches of lawn (applied chemical generously to all of lawn not just affected areas). Maybe its just carry over lawn dying after killing pest. Other curious thing is if I dig into soil I cant see any dead or alive beetle/worm/larvae.​ Any advice/thoughts?
