How to get my life back together and stop being so lazy.
As the title says i really want to get my life together, stop being lazy and overall become a better person. I am a 23 year old guy who is a NEET/Shut-in with depression and anxiety disorder. I want to start studying for my honest degree in computing and take the test for it. I haven't studied in a long time and like its been years since I studied properly. Also i am overweight and is out of shape, in which i haven't worked out in 2 years and just been stress eating due to depression. I have no routine or direction in my life and i feel so completely lost and don't know what to do right now. So can anyone give me some good advice that have actually worked for you guys in your life. I just really want to change my life and stop being a lazy bum.
