So yesterday during my comp exam , the person next to me get caught cheating by the invigilators. What will actually happen to them (just curious). I just saw them left the exam room after that

So this is supposed to be my 4th plasma donor. I usually do it from my right arm. But because my right arm has eczema, i decide to try it with my left arm. I passed through all the screening . But when they put the needle in, they said that they cant find my vein.

Is there a way to make it easier for veins to popped up?
