he put the condom incorrectly (it was inside out) it was worn completely but we couldn't roll it down, that's how we knew it was inside out. he flipped it, and he said the tip’s dry (but what if it wasn't? like there's precum?). I'm really worried because I was ovulating when it happened. what are the chances?

additional information: after flipping the condom, we paused for like a minute and I sucked him for a bit maybe around 5 seconds. help I'm just super scared
