Open to new clinics

I’ve been on TRT for a while and currently use Edged, but I’m considering moving clinics.

My main issues are that their pricing and policies keep changing, they only allow one 5 mL vial at a time, and the main doctor I was seeing is no longer taking consults.
I’m looking for a reliable long-term Australian TRT clinic or doctor, ideally telehealth, with consistent pricing, sensible blood monitoring and reasonable prescription quantities.

Who are you using and would you recommend them?

Mild septal Hypertrophy

I’ve been on TRT since I was 23 and have trained for many years. Recently I had an echocardiogram showing a left ventricular wall thickness of 11 mm. My cardiologist wasn’t particularly concerned and felt it may be an athletic adaptation, but it’s made me think more about the long-term effects of heavy training and TRT.

I’m interested to hear from others who’ve been on TRT long term:

Was your wall thickness considered athletic adaptation or mild LVH?
Any other abnormal echo findings?
Were you advised to change training, blood pressure management, or your TRT protocol?
Did follow-up echos show any changes?
Have you continued bodybuilding without issues?

Mild septal Hypertrophy

I’ve been on TRT since I was 23 and have been training consistently for a long time.
During my early 30s, work took over. I never stopped going to the gym, but looking back I was mostly just going through the motions. At the time I thought I was training hard, but in reality I wasn’t very structured and didn’t pay enough attention to my overall health outside of lifting.
For the past two years I’ve been back to training properly with a much better mindset. My training, nutrition, recovery and health monitoring are all far more dialled in than they used to be.
Recently I had an echocardiogram that showed a left ventricular wall thickness of 11 mm (1.1 cm). My cardiologist wasn’t particularly concerned and said it could simply be an athletic adaptation, but hearing that result has definitely made me think more about the long-term effects of heavy training and lifelong TRT.
I’m interested to hear from other experienced lifters, especially those who have been on TRT for years.
Was your wall thickness considered a normal athletic adaptation or mild LVH?
Were there any other abnormal findings on your echo?
Did your cardiologist recommend any changes to your training, blood pressure management, TRT protocol or lifestyle?
Have you had follow-up echocardiograms, and if so, did the wall thickness change?
Have you continued bodybuilding without any issues?
I’m not looking for medical advice, just interested in hearing real-world experiences from people in a similar position. Thanks in advance.
