title and video. i have a new am5 build on my desk, wanted to build outside of my case to test. the magnetic fan isnt attached to the waterblock, i took it off since i thought it might be vibrating and making the sound. is this a normal noise? that is very annoying if so and i do not like it. i might drive 3 hours one way back to micro center to return and grab a phantom assassin.

any advice?
