Don't know whether to go OCS for AR or NG

Hey, I want to join the army but not sure whether army reserve would be better or national guard. I live in the DMV and work as a system admin for NASA making good money. But want to serve and get some benefits. Goals would be to get the experience and be able to at some point get my masters and VA home loan. Go on some deployments to see other places of the World if possible. I wanted to go on here before going to one or the other. Any advice would help.

I currently have a bachelors in cybersecurity management, TS clearance(no sci or polygraph), A couple IT certifications

Help with goals and path on whether to go NG or AD.

I been in-between either going guard and trying to get benefits and officer experience while increasing my civilian career or going all in and going active putting my career on the side. I wanted to know what were experience of guard officers and how it benefited them or if it stunted their goals. I would be going in the guard for either DC or Maryland. I have a bachelors in cyber a couple certs and employed as junior sys admin/cloud engineer. My goals would be to get a masters paid for, va home loan, and ts with poly so in the future become a federal worker.
