I want to preface this by saying that I have only played against [[Hullbreacher]] once, we told the guy it was banned and he exiled it and drew a different card. But for those that actually played against Hullbreacher, could it reasonably be unbanned without wrecking cedh, and if it couldn't, what would have to happen in order for it to be unbanned and made a GC?

Is Hullbreacher just too broken for casual? Could they errata hullbreacher with a tax effect to let it back in? I'm curious what the hivemind has to say.
