Ghost signs sw 8 st 62nd ave

I was passing by the sw 8th st and 62nd ave intersection when I noticed these ghost signs of stores that were once there that are now visible due to the remodeling of the plaza. Was curious if anyone remembers these old stores or has any pictures of them. The signs look really old it’s like a time capsule. I wonder how old these signs are.

We need the spotify version of rental back bruh.

I spent so much time tryna look for the version of rental that I heard on Spotify by “novaly” and all of them are either some high pitched bs or very close to the Spotify one but not quite. Where could I find this masterpiece again?
