It's not much but in the Napf area (Switzerland ) the gold has a high Purity (almost 24 Carat) been using a sluise for the 2 Buckets and then cleaning it. Found that 2 Buckets is the sweet spot.
How do you deal with this? I ended up cutting the pot away to leave as much of the roots as possible. It is a date palm

I am on a 4 days fast a month regiment (Sunday mid day to Thursday mid day) and currently in my second cycle. The first time after about 30 hours I got a terrible headache and this time it happened again. I powered through it and it went away after 6 hours, I am taking rock salt and normal salt with my water and apple vinegar in the evenings. Any tips on how I can do better? The pain is really a but much and discouraging, I am getting through it but the thought of having this every month sucks.
