Starting Lugol iodine after years of thyroid symptoms
hi, I am starting iodine drops after trying a low dose of 300mcg daily for 1 year and not seeing much improvement. I have read that 50mg of iodine for 3 months is needed first then down to a maintenance amount. has anyone tried this before? Do I start straight at 50mg?
