2.5 yo Severe A bumped head (we treated in hospital)-big bump on forehead one week later

My 2.5yo is Severe A and on monthly Hemlibra. He bumped his head hard on an exercise bike 8 days ago-we spent the night in the hospital and got 3 infusions of factor over 36 hours. CT scans were clear and we were discharged. He's had a huge goose egg in the middle of his forehead since, and two days ago he got "racoon eyes"-bruising under his eyes, which the Dr said to expect. This entire time he's been his usual happy, active self, with no worrying behavior or symptoms other than a big egg on his forehead and the bruising. But the egg is not going down (and might be a bit bigger, it's hard to tell. It seems like the diameter is getting smaller but it's sticking out more.)
Has anyone experienced this with a severe toddler? Does it just take longer to heal for him than it would a child without hemophilia? How long did it take for tue bump to go away?

2.5 years PP and brain fog has never lifted...

My youngest is now 2.5. With my first, I remember starting to feel like myself more around this age, and starting to (slowly) take on challenging projects at work again. This time around, my mom brain is still in full effect, and I just don't have the intellectual capacity that I used to. I keep thinking to myself "I used to be smart and now I feel dumb all the time." There are some differences this time around, sure; my youngest had colic and was a terrible sleeper for the first year, and I'm still recovering from the brutal sleep deprivation. I had thyroid cancer in February and surgery to remove my thyroid, and I'm still adjusting my levels and dealing with chronic fatigue, and life is just that much busier now with 3 kids (also have a 5 yo stepson who we have half the time.) But still, the level of decline in my cognitive abilities is staggering. There's no way I could ace law school now like I did 15 years ago....I'm grieving the loss of who I used to be.
Anyone dealing with the same? Is there any hope of having a functional brain again?!

Wondering if this is common: I had a PT on 2/19 (Pathology came back positive for PTC, but no spread to lymph nodes or angioinvasion, yay.) a month later, I had my first endo appointment and labs done, and my TSH was around 4.8 (my baseline was always 1-1.5 before, so while this isn't crazy high at all, I felt a big difference). The Dr prescribed me 25mcg of levo daily. I took it at 5am every day-a full 2.5 hours before breakfast, coffee, and vitamins. Went back for bloodwork on 4/27, TSH didn't budge and was at 4.7. I've been having hypo symptoms: mainly fatigue, brittle nails, and brain fog. I asked endo for a higher dose, and all she'll allow for the next 6 weeks is 25mcg 6 days/wk, and then 50mcg 1 day/wk. This seems way too conservative an increase, no?! I pushed back and said the 25mcg did *nothing* and requested to be bumped up to at least 50mcg every other day. She said no.

Is this common, or is my endo very conservative? I'm tired of being tired: I'm an attorney with 3 little kids and I need to function, and I don't want to spend another 6 weeks like this. Thanks for any input!
