Thank you everyone for reading, this site has been truly helpful.

I have my marriage based green card interview next week, I filed 2025 taxes jointly with my partner and there is a balance to pay around 3k, on May 5th I called again requesting a payment agreement as I was elegible for the short term 180 day payment. It was a 1hr call and the agent told me I should be receiving these documents in the mail in about 2 weeks.

As of today, I haven’t received any document from the IRS the website says payment plan pending and it’s not showing anything else I’m afraid of having any issues during the interview because of this.

Has anyone experienced anything related? Or how can I get proof of that agreement asap?
