Just wanted to share something that made me pretty happy.

My Indian Chief Dark Horse was recently used for an short Instagram shoot by Indian Motorcycle Munich together with MOTOISM. Since I'm running MOTOISM turn signals on the bike, they also got some nice detailed shots of them.

It's honestly just really cool seeing my own bike featured like this, and I have to admit I'm a little proud of it. 😄

Here’s a little update:

Headlamp fairing painted, chin fairing painted and mounted.

I ordered the paint online because my dealer can’t get the original paint. Unfortunately, there seems to be a noticeable color difference. Depending on the viewing angle, the difference is pretty obvious. The freshly painted parts look much lighter from certain angles.

Could this be because of the metallic/pearl particles in the paint? Does the paint have to be sprayed in a specific direction or with a special technique?

The worst part is the headlamp fairing (Picture 4 & 5). It really stands out and is honestly bothering me quite a bit.

I am looking for a wide drag bar handlebar for my bike, but it needs to be street legal in Germany. Ideally, it should come with ABE, TÜV approval, or proper documents for registration. I really like the aggressive look of a wider drag bar handlebar, but I want to avoid buying something that could cause problems during TÜV inspection or with the police here in Germany. Does anyone have recommendations for brands, specific models, or shops that sell approved drag bar handlebars for the Indian Chief? Photos, experiences, or advice would be very appreciated.
