My daughters birthday is coming up and she has been asking for one of these Pokemon things for a while not and when I went to look I could only find them for ridiculous prices I have a budget of €90 ish euro could anyone please help me?

Someone has hacked my pc and has gotten access to some very sentimental photos that I only have in my pc and as well as hacked all my social account I’m worried about stuff getting terminated is there anyway I can essentially kick the hacker out of my pc ?
