Going to WC at workplace
Hope this won't get deleted, if so I understand.
Hello,
I work in a logistics centre as an orderpicker. At the end of the shift coordinators block the access to the restrooms and require everyone to take an order before we are allowed to go there.
Is this in accordance with a law?
Ggle AI tells me there are: Reasonable Restrictions: While they cannot ban you from going, employers can, under very strict conditions, implement rules to prevent abuse if it severely disrupts the work process (e.g., in production lines or call centers). However, these rules must still adhere to health and safety standards.
Thank you
