Graduates of IGNOU, what have you done with your degree after graduation.

I'm talking about people who have a degree from only IGNOU. No regular college degree or anything else. Could you take a master's from a regular college after doing a bachelor's from IGNOU?? Could you write government exams by submitting an IGNOU degree?? Could you use this degree alone for anything else??

(My_qualifications : doing bachelors from IGNOU rn 😭)

Someone help me with education loan. I'm on their verge of having a mental breakdown atp🙏🏻

I tried getting an education loan from SBI two years ago. They made me submit a lot of paperwork, and I received little to no support from either the branch or customer care. In the end, I had to quit my degree after two semesters because I couldn't afford the fees. It's now been two years, and although I've tried finding jobs, I haven't been able to get anything decent without a degree.

I'm now planning to pursue a two-year diploma, and the total fee is around ₹1.5–2 lakh. My parents can manage the overall cost, but most colleges near me require the first year's fee to be paid before the course starts. We don't have that much money available upfront, and I've already tried convincing the college management to let me pay the fees in monthly installments, but they refused.

An education loan is my only option. However, I no longer have much confidence in government loan schemes because some of my friends have been trying for over three years without any success. My parents have poor CIBIL scores (below 600), they have unpaid loans from small finance institutions, we don't have any collateral to offer, and we don't have any gold to pawn.

Given all of this, if I want to continue my education, I need to arrange a loan as soon as possible. I've already lost several years because of financial difficulties, and I'm not mentally strong enough to lose another year.

Education loan from any private banks??

(Let me explain something first. I know private banks charge very high interest rates, but applying through government schemes can take months or even years, only to get rejected in many cases. I had to drop out because of this. I understand the risks, but I'm still planning to go ahead with private banks because I don't have many other options.)

I'm planning to pursue a two-year diploma, and I'll need around ₹1 lakh to ₹1.5 lakh to cover the fees. Most colleges require the first year's fee (over ₹80,000) to be paid before the course begins, and I don't have that amount available right now. So, an education loan is my only realistic option.

Can someone help me with this? Which banks are known for approving education loans more easily? Also, what are the eligibility requirements and documents I'll need?
