After months of delay, finally out in search zone. Burning all my yearly PTO in one clip 🤞🏻.

Yesterday got to the area I’m searching. Completely surprised & a little bamboozled tbh by the significant differences between being at the location and satellite images.

Before leaving, had a clear game plan. Upon arrival, overwhelmed by the sheer level of plant growth and scale. Feeling pretty deflated. Even if best case scenario and I am right on the location area, or even the kitchen area, still would be a needle in a haystack.

Issue: What am I even looking for at the treasure retrieval step? Justin mention there isn’t any identifiers indicates the is at the final location. Tree stumps? Is it buried? Feel like if I was standing in front of the treasure I still don’t know if I would see it. What am I manipulating?

Acknowledging & hoping to avoid reasonable comments because, well, I am already here.

Confident in my solve, could easy (and most likely I am) completely wrong. But I am here & I am searching the area, and feeling very uncertain I could even find the treasure if Justin circled the kitchen on a map and I was standing in it.

Similar to a lot of people, I believe after a 1.5yrs, I finally solved the hunt. (Obviously I could be completely wrong. I’m not delusional, just confident in this solve finally).

Planned BOTG. Bought gear, printed out binders of my “research/evidence,” booked flights etc.

Early May trip delayed bc of work.
Mid May trip delayed bc my fiancée got sick.
End of May trip looking shaky bc weather might turn.

My search location not directly discussed or mentioned online publicly yet. Check daily on multiple platforms since early March. But ppl posting closer & closer to it.

If I’m correct but miss it bc of BOTG delays, how could I prove I was right? At least myself, family, & a few close friends.

Thinking maybe DM’ing myself on a platform the solve. The date stamp vs date stamp of final location reveal might do it.

Dumb irrelevant thing to worry about. Just can’t shake the feeling of wanting hard proof of my solve prior to it being solved.
