Hey all! I’m moving from out of stay (Arkansas) to Richmond. I’m a first time homebuyer and looking for a realtor to start the process. Must be LGBTQIA+ friendly. Any suggestions?

Anyone bought from them? Seems scammy however, they have agreed to meet, no deposit needed to hold, and gave me their address in Apollo PA. So trying to see if it’ll be a waste of time driving the 4 hours.
