Diabolical double wrap day sequence
Started with most of center core on grey side (including amplified plank crunch on platform bar).
Little reprieve with a tiny bit of center core on black side. Chest as part of arm wrap 🤢 but thought things were going fine.
Then it went downhill fast…
Grey side platform lunge, right into grey side crossover platform lunge. Then straight to the other leg back to back (4 grey side lunges in a row was wild). Then grey side standing inner thigh with inner thigh squat combo. Kneeling inner thigh into grey side obliques. Ended class with a slow devils ladder ending on handlebars.
Questioning my life on the couch now after class 💀
