Ans zweite Bild musst ich bei dieser Schnitzlsemmel denken.

I recently bought this used espresso machine. The previous owner moded it with the Barista gadgets PID. He explained that I have to press the upper button on the backside of the PID to enter the milk steaming mode.
But I dont know after how many seconds I can start steaming.
I also dont know what I‘m doing wrong with the steaming itself because the steamed milk is always to liquidy to pour or to thick.
Can someone please explain how the PID actually works and how to correctly steam milk with it to do latte art.
