I had the date of orientation for Tmrw and the 7th, but i was made aware my immunizations are out of date so I had to reschedule. I could go 15th and 16th or the 22nd/23rd. 22nd/23rd would be more convenient for me, but I know, being the last date, it is likely that a lot of my classes won't be available. I am ECE and this is my first year. Would it be that bad if I switched the date to the 22nd/23rd?

I checked financial aid and it lists my direct cost, before aid and stuff, as $6,484k. I get free tuition (poor and Valedictorian), so is this my actual total cost (just housing?). I chose Moore-Hill which should be like 14.5k (which half of it would be more than the 6k?) I'm just confused where this figure is coming from and how much more I'd actually have to pay. Additionally, my financial aid is more than that amount, so where would that excess money go?

A lot of the the things flagged on the schedule honestly seem like a waste of time. Other than like check in and like meeting with counselor how much of it is actually required

Im planning on bringing my desktop (which is very much capable of handling the engineering software) for both me and my roommate. The laptops for engineering are obviously extremely expensive, is it worth it to get one even if I have a desktop capable of handling the workload? (major is ECE)

I haven’t submitted the AP scores because college board kept saying that it would only be the past scores and not the ones for this year, but I can only submit those for this year if I submit it once they come out, but my orientation is the same day (6-7th). Am I supposed to submit them before and after orientation (before they come out and after??)
