There a problem — when your photos overflow your iCloud plan you cannot use your iPhone/iPad properly. So I tried to find a solution how to download only big filed or maybe only old ones to SSD and free up my iCloud. After some searches I found that there no proper way to do it so I've created a lightweight App by myself and downloaded all big files straight to SSD now my iPhone flies like a brand new.

My Photodump Export ios/ipadOs (and could be opened on mac) app just use official iOS photokit to download all original files from iCloud directly to SSD with no third party libraries. Also no extra iPhone/iPad storage needed. Then all migrated photos/videos goes to Safe to delete Album (it creates itself)

There lots of presets like:

• Only Favorites
• Only videos
• Particular albums
• More than X years old / X megabytes size", etc.

And preview all the migrated photos straight from external device like in origin Photos app.

You can also pause/stop any migration and disconnect you external drive — it will continue straight from last migrated file.
