Any one have this vevor $129 rack?

Any one have this vevor $129 rack?

Just bought this, I’m on a budget and there’s no decent used option anywhere near me

I’m still new to weight lifting, I’m at the point where 4 sets 12 reps of 52lb dumbbells bench press isn’t the same challenge they were a month ago, figured a bench press is the next step

I know this isn’t a “buy once cry once” purchase, just hoping it’s a decent value and I won’t out grow it for a while

Anyone have any experience with it and any pics of your set up?

Rad140 for recomp?

Is Rad140 good for a full recomp? Kind of embarrassing, but I’m 5’6” 216lbs, 33.4% body fat 30 year old male (dad bod crept up fast)

Really been trying to loose the fat and build muscle but it’s hard with my schedule, 14hr shifts + being a father & husband, poor sleep, can only fit in 3-4 hours worth of workouts in a given week. T levels are also low, been working 12-14 hr shifts since I was 18 + crap diet most of my life tanked it

Will rad140 help me get where I want to be faster or would I just be waisting my money at my current point? Anything you’d recommend instead? I’d do TRT but that shits pricey and if I’m going to take something I’d rather go all the way rather than a half measure

Can I make ANY progress with crap sleep?

So I’m new here, new to working out as well. 30 year old male, 5’6” 219lbs 34.4% BF.
Im trying to get in shape, lose the fat build muscle, I used to eat like a pig and I think the only thing that kept me from swelling to 300lbs is my fairly active job (LTL P&D).
I’m in a 700Kcal deficit while hitting protein goals (200gs) and have began working out regularly. But due to my work schedule I can only fit about 3-4 hrs of weight training in a week usually in 20-30 minute intervals and about 3hrs of cardio also broken into 20-30min intervals
I know on paper I SHOULD be able to make progress but my biggest limitation is lack of sleep, M-F I average 5hrs (sometimes less) but I try to make up for it on weekends, can usually get 8-9hrs on the weekends before the kids need me up.
I know lack of sleep and stress raises cortisol which tells your body to burn muscle instead of fat, but there’s not much I can do about that, 14hr shift + family time cap me at 4.5 - 5 hrs on the weekdays, if I sacrifice my workout time in the mornings I can squeeze in an extra 30-40 minutes of sleep but I need/want to build muscle.

Is this all a lost cause or can I still make progress? I just feel like I’m not seeing any results

Also I had my T levels checked a few years ago, 298, lack of sleep, stress and poor lifestyle habits tanked my T levels, I might consider going on TRT but idk
