I just got a text about it being warmer than usual bc they are having HVAC issues but the last 4 weeks at least they had fans and I think a temp hvac in the lobby and this week it’s gone. I don’t understand why it was removed 😭 It was so sooo hot yesterday.

I was charged for exceeding my class pack by one session; however, I recall seeing a notification during the booking process stating that any overage would be deducted from my following month's class set instead of being billed as an additional charge.

I typically purchase extra classes when needed and I had two extra I purchased this month so wouldn’t it have it just have been paid with the single I purchased?

This was the first time I encountered bc this specific message, and I believe it may have appeared because I was on several waitlists at the time?

I emailed my studio and they are asking for the message if I have a screenshot but I don’t have it.

I’m just confused I suppose.
