Frustrating experience with SeatGeek support,, anyone else relate?😭
I can’t access my Ariana Grande ticket for 6/30 at all and the support is HORRIBLE and can’t seem to help me properly
My friend had an extra ticket to see Ariana and she sent me it through a link with seat geek around almost a year ago, she bought it off a different site, ticket master I believe. I made an account with Seat Geek and claimed the ticket and everything was fine until last week when I was randomly logged out of my account and I wasn’t able to log back in at all :(
I tried everything- when I clicked reset password no instructions for it sent and the magic link to login with my email only left me stuck on the loading screen and would never work. After too many attempts my account is now permanently locked. After finally finding the seatgeek support phone number, they kept saying they’ll just escalate the situation to see what they can do and they’ll send me a follow up email which they never did. After 2 calls they told me they cannot unlock my account but they can transfer my Ari ticket to a new account. I made the new account while on the phone with them and they confirmed it and everything saying they’ll transfer the ticket to my new account and give me a follow up email. Today I call and a new representative told me they can’t transfer my ticket over and they’ll just escalate the situation again. Each time I call they just say they’ll escalate it and won’t help me further and never send me follow up emails as promised either
:( My event is tomorrow and at this point I don’t think i’ll be able to access my concert ticket and im just wasting my time talking to support ..I paid over $100 to be able to get this ticket and go with my friends and now my time and money is wasted because no one can help me.
