Whose responsibility is it to provide lesson plans to non specialists teaching in a subject? Is it the teacher sharing the classes with them or HOD/2iC? For context the department does not have shared resources and individual teacher’s resources aren’t always in a powerpoint/would be suitable for non specialists. It would be so helpful to know whose responsibility it is to provide the resources for non specialists teachers sharing classes. Thanks.

My child wants to buy their car age 16 and 11 months ready for turning 17 and driving on their birthday. They will be the owner and main driver (albeit it a leaner driver for a while) and I’ll be additional driver to drive the car home while they’re not 17. I also want them as the policyholder to start earning NCD from age 17. Question is can they get insured now (and not drive until legally allowed age 17)? I’ve done lots of internet searches but can work out if buying the car now can work or they need to wait until 17. Thanks for your help.

A job I really want came up today for a September start. But I’d feel really bad leaving my school with pretty much no notice. Obv I’ve not got the job yet but if I were to get it, how bad would it be to resign next week?
