I tested all settings in the DaVinci's AI Super Scale. Long story short - the best is NVIDIA RTX Video - it keeps grain, straight lines and feels less AI-sh. On the second place - regular Enhanced, BUT - you need to reduce sharpness, otherwise it will cut your eyes.
